We are located inside Spark Coworking Baltimore, in the Power Plant Live! complex in downtown Baltimore, just a few blocks from the Inner Harbor.

🚗 Parking

There are several convenient parking garages within a short walk of Propel. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to park and find the entrance, particularly if this is your first visit.

15 S. Frederick Street Garage
This is one of the most convenient options and is located directly behind the Power Plant Live! complex.

Harbor Park Garage
55 Market Place
This garage is approximately a 2-minute walk from Spark. Exit toward Market Place and walk north toward the Power Plant Live! complex.

Pier V Garage
711 E. Pratt Street
This is another nearby option, approximately a 5–7 minute walk from Propel. Power Plant Live! lists Pier V as one of its recommended parking garages.

Street parking is available in the surrounding downtown area but can be limited, particularly during events. We recommend using a garage whenever possible.

📍 Finding the Entrance

This is the part that can be confusing for first-time visitors!

Do not look for a large Propel sign from Market Place. The entrance to 8 Market is located directly next to Nevermore Hall, within the Power Plant Live! courtyard where the outdoor stage is located.

Look for the double glass doors marked “8 Market.” Enter through these doors and check in with building security. Let them know you are visiting Propel Custom Orthotics in Suite 300. Spark Baltimore is located on the third floor.

Please allow approximately 10–15 minutes for parking and finding the office if this is your first visit.
